About
An independent advisory practice built on professional integrity, technical expertise and strategic judgement.
Jason Masters Governance is the advisory practice of Jason Masters, working with boards, audit and risk committees, and executives who want clear, independent counsel on the questions that carry real consequence.
Approach
Good governance is practical, not performative. The work is grounded in recognised standards but tailored to the organisation in front of us — its people, its risks and the decisions it actually has to make. The aim is always the same: assurance the board can rely on, and advice it can act on.
About Jason
Jason Masters is the principal of Jason Masters Governance, the corporate governance, technology governance, audit, risk and advisory practice of Masters Le Mesurier (International).
